A judge ruled on Wednesday that Nancy Grace's upcoming deposition, much to her dismay, will be videotaped!
The Headline News host had requested her deposition in the wrongful death lawsuit brought against her by the parents of Melinda Duckett not be recorded because she felt her statements may be taken out of context!
"The judge made the right call," said Dana Cole, attorney for the Ducketts, on Good Morning America Wednesday morning.
